The Christmas season is approaching - which is why DPD wants to further improve its delivery quality so that goods reach their destination safely and on time.

An important key to this is that DPD has recently started delivering parcels against signature only. Contactless delivery, which was introduced in 2020 due to the pandemic, has been discontinued.

This change is part of DPD's efforts to continue to offer customers the best service, increase the security of shipments and boost customer satisfaction.

According to DPD, additional internal measures have been introduced to ensure a high quality of service at all times.
