What after-sales support is available for Retsch equipment purchased through you?

All Retsch equipment comes with the manufacturer's standard warranty. We assist with warranty claims, spare parts sourcing (grinding jars, lids, balls), and service escalation. Replacement grinding media and accessories can be reordered directly through our platform to keep your sample preparation workflows uninterrupted.
