What is the difference between Eppendorf Research® plus and Xplorer® pipettes?

The Research® plus is Eppendorf's ergonomic, autoclavable manual pipette for daily lab use. The Xplorer® is an electronic pipette with programmable dispensing modes and adjustable speed — ideal for high-throughput work or reducing repetitive strain. Both are ISO 8655 compliant.
