LABOPORT® pumps feature PTFE-coated diaphragms, PTFE or TFM heads, and FFPM valves for chemical resistance against aggressive vapors and solvents. They are completely oil-free — eliminating contamination risk — and operate quietly with minimal maintenance. Typical ultimate vacuum is 2 mbar for standard models and 0.5 mbar for two-stage variants.
Yes. KNF LABOPORT® pumps are widely used across all these applications. For rotary evaporation, the pump is selected based on required ultimate vacuum and solvent boiling point. For filtration and gel drying, standard single-stage models are sufficient. We can advise on the correct model based on your specific application and vacuum requirement.
KNF products carry the standard manufacturer warranty. We assist with warranty claims and service escalation. Replacement diaphragms, valves, and pump heads can be reordered directly through our platform to keep your vacuum systems running.
