Incubator and culture chamber.


In the laboratory, incubators are ideal for all applications with temperatures up to +80 °C, especially for incubating live cultures at +37 °C. Thanks to finely tuned control technology, critical temperature fluctuations are completely excluded in this highly precise incubator, ensuring gentle heating of valuable samples.


Best conditions for reproducible results:

Microbiological incubators offer highest precision and reliability. Each cabinet has its own specification - incubator, cooling incubator, and drying cabinet. The technology in a microbiological incubator focuses on hygiene control and microbiology. In the lab, employees must be able to rely on incubators to adequately heat sensitive samples. A constant temperature is essential in the laboratory. Highest precision and hygiene play a crucial role.


To prevent contamination risks, a sophisticated hygiene concept is essential in an incubator. Contamination must not jeopardize operations, which is why contamination risks must be minimized. For this reason, the interiors of the devices are made of high-quality stainless steel. Fittings and accessories can be completely removed and cleaned. Afterward, the incubators can be routinely disinfected in the laboratory at 100 °C to eliminate germs and bacteria.


Does the temperature remain constant even with large batch throughput?

Despite high batch throughput during long-term operation, the incubator must deliver full performance in terms of precision and temperature accuracy. The incubator is also designed for demanding incubation processes. Smart technologies enable optimal performance even under heavy load. We offer reliable devices for large batch throughput, such as incubators with generous interior volumes and corresponding accessories. This allows for trouble-free incubation of microbiological cultures, growth, and incubation.


Natural or forced convection?


The choice between natural and forced air circulation depends on the testing requirements. When it comes to gently incubating organisms and heat-sensitive media, devices with natural convection are suitable. In this technique, the temperature distributes slowly and evenly in the interior, while the air flows calmly and gently heats the samples. This technique has proven effective for long-term and stable continuous use. For full loading and large batch throughput, a device with forced air circulation is advantageous. Here, heat is controlled precisely, and the interior can reach temperature in a short time. Control can be adjusted as needed with an adjustable fan or extended timer function.

Ease of operation and high process stability, combined with a unique safety concept, make vacuum drying cabinets extremely safe. On request, the drying cabinets are ATEX-compliant for explosion protection and suitable for drying flammable solvents. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel lining of the drying cabinets makes the devices extremely robust and durable - and also allows for easy and straightforward cleaning.
