Returns

Since the satisfaction of our customers is very important to us, we have put together this delivery very conscientiously and carefully packed.

Should a return nevertheless appear unavoidable, we ask you to note the following:

  1. Returns must be announced to us in advance through the form below.
  2. Returns can only be accepted with return numbers, in perfect condition and undamaged original carton or packaging. In the case of devices, it must be ensured that all accessories, including operating instructions, are included.
  3. Deliveries by forwarding agents, post or parcel services must be made to us carriage paid. Unfree deliveries will not be accepted.

If these criteria are met, the credit note will be issued as follows, or the goods will be exchanged. Otherwise you will receive the goods back freight collect.
According to the cause of the error, the return costs will be charged:

  • Credit notes per item minus 10% of the value of the goods, but at least EUR 15,-.
  • If the return costs exceed the value of the goods, you will receive the goods back with the next shipment.
  • For non-stock items, freight costs and the manufacturer's handling fee will be charged additionally.
  • Returns are only possible within 8 days after delivery.

Complaints

  • The goods are to be checked for completeness and correctness immediately upon receipt.
  • Complaints are immediately after receipt max. within 8 days to us in writing by this form.
  • After this period the complaint will not be accepted.

Transport damage

In the event of transport damage, please note the following:

  • Externally visible damage should be documented immediately upon receipt together with the carrier and signed off by the carrier, then report the damage to häberle LABORTECHNIK.
  • Concealed damage exists if the "outer packaging" is undamaged but the goods in the packaging are damaged.
  • Within 3 days after delivery, häberle LABORTECHNIK must receive your written claim (fax or letter post) with the following information (IMPORTANT!):
  • Clear description of the damaged parts
  •  Delivery bill no. and date
  • The damaged parts and packaging(s) must be kept ready for possible inspection and return for 4 weeks.
  • Please note that according to our delivery conditions, delivery is always at the risk of the recipient (buyer).
