This can be done through warning stickers or, for example, warning signs. All our warning stickers comply with DIN 7010 and ASR A1.3 (formerly DIN 4844 or BGV A8) requirements. The warning stickers we produce are self-adhesive and delivered on rolls. They are temperature and UV resistant. Please note that the minimum order quantity for warning stickers is currently 100 pieces per roll. You can choose the side length of the warning stickers for each warning sign yourself. Available sizes are 12.5 mm, 25 mm, 50 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, or 200 mm. If you need individual warning signs, for example, with a note, please contact us directly. Special standards and regulations apply to the storage of flammable liquids and other hazardous substances in workspaces. In particular, DIN EN 14470-1 and the technical rule for hazardous substances TRGS 510 must be observed. Hazardous material cabinets meet these requirements and effectively protect the environment and employees. All hazardous material cabinets are characterized by long-term investment security, as they are made of high-quality materials and feature proven concepts and certified quality. Each cabinet comes with a standard equipment tested in practice. Depending on the model, additional shelves, collection trays, pull-out shelves, fully automatic folding doors, and door holding devices with automatic locking can be configured or purchased as accessories. Which cabinet is right for your application? We offer hazardous material cabinets, chemical cabinets, vertical cabinets, acid and alkali cabinets, combination and multi-purpose storage cabinets, recirculating air filter cabinets and lithium-ion cabinets. Hazardous material cabinets are the ideal choice for the safe storage of flammable media such as paint cans, release agents, oils, or cleaners. These substances must be readily available but stored under strict conditions. A fire-resistant hazardous material cabinet provides optimal conditions for this purpose. Depending on the available space at the deployment site, customers typically choose between a classic cabinet that can be placed directly on the workbench or workstation, an under-counter cabinet, or a hazardous material box that is mounted directly on the wall. In principle, we offer the following types of cabinets: Hazardous material cabinets with 30 or 90 minutes fire protection, Under-counter cabinets with 30 or 90 minutes fire protection as well as drum cabinets VbF with 90 minutes fire protection. Gas cylinder cabinets have manually operated wing doors or folding doors as common locking solutions. A semi-automatic opening via 'Touch is also possible. Models with glass doors allow constant monitoring of the contents. The latest innovation in fire-resistant hazardous material cabinets are cabinets with vertical pull-out, which are real space wonders and fit into any workplace. One of the most important decisions for customers is how much fire protection is necessary. DENIOS advisors help here. Regardless of which cabinet you choose, all fire-resistant hazardous material cabinets have been tested by an independent materials testing institute according to the requirements of European Standard 14470 Part 1 or 2 and have all necessary certifications and approvals. Different hazardous substances require different storage conditions. According to TRGS 510 (Technical Rule for Hazardous Substances), all quantities of hazardous substances exceeding the daily requirement must be stored at the end of the working day in hazardous material storage, such as in a hazardous substance container, hazardous material cabinet, or safety cabinet. Hazardous material cabinets allow safe storage directly at the workplace. Our space-saving DENIOS under-counter cabinets, recirculating air filter cabinets with extraction, combination cabinets for various flammable liquids simultaneously or drum cabinets are suitable according to EN 14470-1 for flammable liquids such as fuels, oils, paints, or colors. For non-flammable, aggressive hazardous substances such as certain acids and alkalis, special acid and alkali cabinets are used. These have a corrosion-resistant construction. Alternatively, chemical cabinets can be used to safely store chemicals and toxins. Other hazardous material cabinets include fire-resistant gas cylinder cabinets for indoor and outdoor storage of pressure gas cylinders as well as safety cabinets with self-closing doors and high fire resistance for storing lithium-ion batteries (accumulators).Safety Signs
